libedataserver1.2-dev software package provides Utility library for evolution data servers (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libedataserver1.2-dev
libedataserver1.2-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libedataserver1.2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libedataserver1.2-dev *
You will get with libedataserver1.2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
